Floridays Orlando Resort is the creation of Floridays Orlando Ventures, LLC. Representing almost 100 years of combined experience, the company's principals are responsible for a number of award-winning projects in Florida and throughout the nation.

Angus Rogers has more than two decades of development experience—including apartment communities, luxury high rise condominiums, single family subdivisions, commerce parks and restaurants.

Gary Steadman has developed and operated large-scale resort communities in the Southeastern U.S. for over 25 years. His projects have included condominium, single-family, hotel and interval ownership components.

Robert Roskamp has developed luxury retirement communities, assisted living centers and specialized-care facilities throughout the nation.

Philip Kaltenbacher has been a residential and commercial real estate investor and developer for over 40 years, and was an initial investor in and founding director of Chelsea Property Group. He is Chairman of Seton Company, a privately-held, major automotive supplier; and served as Chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
