Nothing could be easier than owning a luxury condominium suite at Floridays Orlando. You may use your suite and the resort’s amenities whenever you wish. And when you or your guests are not staying at Floridays, your suite can generate income for you as part of our hotel operation.
Under Florida law the resort is structured as a condominium; but within the guidelines of the Declaration of Condominium, you are free to use the unit as you desire. You may rent it, borrow against it or sell it at any time. The only restriction is that the unit cannot be used as a full-time permanent residence.
